SECURING FINANCING

Once you've reviewed your credit scores and confirmed that homeownership is the right

move for you, the next step is to secure your financing to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

You may want to have these documents before applying to any lenders!

1. Gather the last 2 years W2's, and or 1099s, and tax returns.

2. Gather the last 2 months of bank statements.

3. Gather the last 30 days of pay stubs.

4. Copy of Driver's License & Social Security Card.
